QOFcountdown is downloaded as a zip file. In case you do not know how to handle a zip file, here are some instructions.

• Download the file by clicking on the link on the download page.
• Be sure to save the file to your hard disk or to your server, rather than trying to open it when downloading.
• After downloading has completed, you may open the file to extract the spreadsheet file contained within the archive.
• Windows XP can handle zip files automatically, it refers to them as compressed archives.
• You can right-click and select 'Extract All'
• If right-click is disabled for you (some Terminal Server and VES environments), simply double click on the file to open it, then copy the QOFcountdown xls file to another location
• For earlier versions of Windows you may need to download a program such as winzip.
• The archive contains just one file, the QOFcountdown xls file. Once you have extracted that file, save it and use it as normal.
